Unleash your greatness by freeing yourself from limiting patterns.

“Adele is extremely intuitive and her coaching is laser focused on my needs. The concern about coaching is that it will apply a ‘one size fits all’ approach. This couldn’t be further from the truth about Adele.”

Does this sound like you?

You are super-duper capable.
Hard-working.
Responsible.
A problem solver.
An adept multi-tasker.

Yet…your days are not what you want them to be.

You teeter at the border of busy and stressed, but can’t imagine giving busy up. Wouldn’t that be slacking off, lowering your standards? Lazy even?! Yet, you find yourself jealous of people who are present, just hanging out at the coffee shop, build fun into their days. Take time off. Make adventures happen.

You love taking care of the people in your life. You’re good at it. But it’s a lot. You even get depleted from it, but since every one counts on you, you can’t step away. Or so you think. Certainly, no one can do it as well as you. Your standards ar…

You love taking care of the people in your life. You’re good at it. But it’s a lot. You even get depleted from it, but since every one counts on you, you can’t step away. Or so you think. Certainly, no one can do it as well as you. Your standards are high. You find yourself wondering what it would be like if you just kept on walking. Or walked into another life. The life of younger, freer you. Or a kid with little or no responsibility?

You take delight in problem-solving. It gets your creative juices flowing. The rebel in you loves finding a way. Out, in, or around. Even through. But you want to create something meaningful. But first you want to remember what it is you really want…

You take delight in problem-solving. It gets your creative juices flowing. The rebel in you loves finding a way. Out, in, or around. Even through. But you want to create something meaningful. But first you want to remember what it is you really want. You know it’s more than being the efficiency machine you are. More than being so exacting. There are to-do-lists and then there are to-do-lists that deliver happiness hits and fulfillment.

You juggle so many balls and they all seem equally important. You rarely drop one, but are tired of the operating at this taxing level of multi-tasking all the time. You flirt with burn-out, which makes you want to run or hide on some days. To put a ball down, to choose a few things over the many that demand your attention would require you to say no to someone or something. So, you continue to juggle when its deep sea diving that would interest that curious, keen mind of yours. And where your treasure is to be found.

You know you are capable, but simultaneously doubt your abilities. Victories go unnoticed. Mistakes, even the tiniest ones like waking up late or forgetting your child’s snack day at school or a typo in a presentation, are overly analysed. You speak…

You know you are capable, but simultaneously doubt your abilities. Victories go unnoticed. Mistakes, even the tiniest ones like waking up late or forgetting your child’s snack day at school or a typo in a presentation, are overly analysed. You speak to yourself like you wouldn’t speak to a good friend or even someone you don’t like. Anything less than perfection, plops you in the land of “If only….” and leaves you tense or grumpy. You can always do better. There is always more to do. Another accomplishment to be had. You wonder what it would be like to care less.  You want to care less, but that feels wrong.

If you have inkling you want to feel present and happy at the end of the day, no matter what is going, but keep thinking… “ That will happen…

When this thing gets done,

When so and so graduates from college,

When I get that promotion,

When I lose the 5 pounds,

When I write that book….”

You’ve landed in the right spot.

The time is now.
